Okay in all seriousness, I started a new blog about nursing. I guess because every time I work I feel like I could write a novel about what happened, what I learned, who I meet, what I saw but then have no where to relieve those experiences. So A blog seemed like a good place.
I call myself Nurse Nya, because there is something called patient privacy. I of course I change the names of my patients, but in effort, I haven't outright stated who I am and where I work.
It is the nurses lounge because it is just for fun, relaxed, anyone welcome, experiences are shared, and just good.
SO, spread the word to all your nursie buddies, and join the fun yourself. I am always curious to here what the patient thought about their nurse or experience with iv's, or the hospital smells, yummy I know. {Nurses are very good at mouth breathing, you'd never know that I was doing to if your breath stunk!)
